Absolutely first class company for ordering LG Heat Pump replacement parts. Their Technical help is exceptional! Better than LG technical themselves! Spoke with Alistair from Unitherm Technical with a particularly tricky problem our company was having with an older LG heatpump, I found his knowledge second to none & he advised very well how to get the unit up & running, highly commend Alistair. I was at the NEC in late March 2022, I was talking to one of their employees about my problem with Underfloor Heating installed by Builders in London. The verbal advice given was backed up by an email from Gina, subsequently the Builders installed separate controls for Underfloor Heating & Central Heating. Without this email the Builders would not have installed separate controls. I very appreciate Gina's expert advice & precious time afforded me.
