I ordered a phone from this company, arrived when said it would in perfect condition. I have had a few problems since then with either the phone or provider. I have to say the service I have received from Universal Green Tech has been second to none they cannot do enough for me. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Équipe incompétente , j ai eu un soui avec un iPhone 5s , je leurs ai envoyer , ayant un problème je devais en recevoir un autre , cela fait 3 semaine que j attend , halima leur conseillère se fou de la gueule des gens , tous les jours elles dit votre colis est en cours de livraison hors sa n'a jamais été le cas , dhl n on jamais eu d enlèvement à mon nom , j ai du lancer une procédure judiciaire juste pour leur faire comprendre qui ne font pas ce qui veulent ! Bref un conseil boycotter ce site , n acheter pas chez eux par cdiscount ! Voleurs !

Passez votre chemin. Ils m'ont expédié un téléphone défectueux, je l'es donc renvoyé et ils m'ont renvoyé le même + frais de livraison à ma charge inadminissible. Pas serieux a fuir.
