Fantastic customer service. Very kind and helpful staff. Had a solution for my external fitting jet spray kit. Whereas other bathrooms/plumbing stores were not willing to help. I will never ever buy anythings from universal heating and plumbing they are extremely fishy I took the toilet parts to they shop and I’ve ask them can I have the same size and the massive lad with the turban give me the parts however I told them this is small size and he said oh don’t worry it will fit in it’s universal and I said ok but if is the wrong size can you exchange it then and he agree when I took it back after couple hour he wouldn’t take it back. Day light rubbery life is already hard enough burn in hell.

I called the owner as I had a problem with my kitchen tap. He kindly advised me over the phone that my filter at the tip of the tap was blocked. He guided me on how to open this and clean this. I followed his instructions and the mixer started tap started to working again. Thanks to their kind help.

I called Universal Heating and Plumbing regarding replacing my leaking water heater, and they were extremely helpful in scheduling an appointment for the next morning. They showed up at the very earliest time possible, and were extremely professional and efficient. They were able to have the unit delivered within a half hour and installed it and had everything cleaned up within a few hours. Will always recommend this place for there exceptional service

Purchased a radiator to fit under a bay window that required bending. Our first template which we provided was not correct, parminder came to see the radiator and measured the template again which would be correct and took the radiator away to re-bend and delivered the following day. Great customer service and would highly recommend for all plumbing and heating needs.
