Not even worth 1 star. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery company. Similar to other reviews they didn’t even attempt to deliver my parcel - each time notifying me that I had missed the delivery when I was home and not a ring on the doorbell or a note to say they had missed me. Makes me wonder if the driver has a visual impairment, as my address is not even difficult to find. Lost hours of my life on the phone to them and in the end I had to drive to the warehouse to pick it up because I couldn’t face another phantom delivery attempt. Ridiculous.

The worst of the worst service again and again.
They’ve lost 2 of my parcels this year and today once again, delivery attempted (liars because I was at home) and the driver instead of leaving my parcel at the pick up point next to my house decided to take it back with him and just vanished from the system.
The parcel has a custom declaration sticker stating £150+ value on it.
Now they’re just ignoring me as always and I haven’t had an update for the last 3 days.

I’m exhausted of seeing only my expensive parcels disappear with this useless company. I’m starting to realise this now but it’s more than suspicious.

It doesn’t even deserved one star
The worst service I’ve ever received. The delivery driver, Wayne Roberts, refused to pick up my item and told me to get a box for a treadmill from Sainsbury’s — which is absolutely ridiculous. No supermarket box is going to fit a treadmill, and a bit of common sense would tell you that.

It’s clear he wasn’t seeing the bigger picture — literally or figuratively. Extremely poor attitude and zero effort to help. I expected far better from UPS

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is beyond a joke. The drivers are careless, unreliable, and the customer service is absolutely useless. In 2025, they still can’t even track their own drivers…seriously?!?!?! I wasted two full days stuck at home waiting for a parcel that was “guaranteed” for next day delivery, and it finally turned up FOUR days late. Every time I contacted them, all they could say was: “wait until the end of the day.” Over and over again. It’s maddening. I paid for a service, yet they treated me like I should be grateful they even bothered to deliver at all. I am done with this company. They are a nightmare to deal with and I will never, ever use them again.

Absolute joke of a company driver “unable to deliver your item” more like couldn’t be bothered to come to my address, ill just deliver it to an access point that the customer didn’t ask for because I’m lazy and just want to go home, if I wanted to pick it up from an access point surely I’d send it there in the first place? Idiotic company with no sense of what customers want, shocking customer service, they just regurgitate the same rubbish to you over and over

Another truly dreadful experience with UPS. Supposedly my address was wrong on the initial order (it auto fills and I have had no issues with any other courier), fair enough. Called both the shipper and courier to change the address.

Apparently this can not be done as my order had been listed as attempted fraud (its one mattress...).

After calling them and working through my options the only thing to be done is to drive an hour out of the way to the dystopian Croydon UPS office to collect it. Or it will be returned to the shipper?!

If you are a shipping company reading this, find someone else to do your deliveries. Between the rogue lazy and unhelpful drivers almost to a man, the unhelpful helpline staff, unintuitive website and accusations of fraud it really is not worth the hassle.

I look forward to reciting my 400 digit tracking number here again soon!

This is the most horrible delivery service I have ever seen. For two days, they have been sending me emails that said my package was out for delivery and was going to be delivered on that day. I have stayed home to receive the parcel, waiting for nothing. At the end of the day, they email to say delivery will be delayed. I can accept minor delays in the delivery, but these misleading emails are the worst. The Croydon office did the same on different occasions before.

the service from croydon delivery centre is horrendous. i get parcels monthly from the US and every time there is an issue. either the driver is late, parcel is not delivered on the day at all or out of nowhere they divert it to pick up spot cause driver waited only 40s for me to come to the door. customer service is also terrible and makes you look like an idiot. if you can avoid deliveries by UPS - please do and spare yourself nerves I get monthly (I have no other choice but get parcels from them from my shipper).
