My high value package was send via these incompetent clowns. Waited in all day and then received a "we've delivered your package" message.
My doorbell didn't ring and my door wasn't knocked and no UPS van had entered my street.
I contacted customer support and had to navigate both numerical and voice options (they really don't like Scottish accents).
This was futile and the agent wasn't interested. During this phone call, I received a text from a very good Samaritan who had my package, not a neighbour but someone in another street with a different door number.
I conveyed this to the agent who kept repeating that they will "locate my package and deliver it to me".
I lodged a complaint but I've heard nothing and there's no phone number for the local depot available (I wonder why?)
A ridiculous situation and extremely concerning if you've sent or receiving a package, especially if it's high value.
I then went and picked up my package from the honest stranger.
Avoid this company.

Wasted time. I received an email saying delivery would be by the end of the day (the pickup point is open until 10 p.m.), so I waited, even though I had to go to work in the morning. At 10:07 p.m., I received an email saying delivery would be by the end of the day tomorrow. Nobody cares about your time.

Every time I’ve had to deal with this company it has been an absolute disaster. I have no idea how you’re still in business because you don’t deserve to be.

Order coming from Spain. Got all the emails it was on the van, due to be delivered at x-x time. Tracked van in real time until it was next street away. Didn't arrive. Tracking said not available this time, then changed to "parcel damaged, will report to sender. Then another email saying they'd still deliver later. Hmm..Contacted sender who confirmed 4 days later they had not been notified. No contact by UPS, then today a box arrived. A UPS box, with an outer plastic bag. I knew right away this wasn't right, it was far too lightweight for the 2 items. I took pics and videoed myself opening the box, and only one of my items was in the box. On top were A4 sheets of paper which had previously been in the despatch/customs clearance bag attached to the outer original box sent from Spain. No longer folded, and inside the UPS box! And the weight was half what the sender/customs had declared/checked. The plastic bag on the outside contained a raggedly cut out piece of the original box which had the delivery sticker/details!!!. No contact from UPS to say where the missing item was, what had happened to it (but likely I know...) So I'll not be ordering anything in future where UPS are the courier.

Horrendous service. Was home all day for the first two "delivery attempts". Attempt one consisted of the driver leaving the package behind at the delivery hub, reporting an attempted delivery and further wasting my time by claiming it had then been left at a local shop for pickup. Then it somehow teleported back to Cumbernauld. Attempt number two was no attempt. Finally delivered on the third day by another driver.

Driver said he had attempted to deliver my package today, I was in the house. Called to request item update, customer service agent sounded asleep then hung up the phone. Takes ages to get to speak to someone and now waiting on them calling me back. All in all a pretty poor service, however I have been contacted by the Cumbernauld Depot who have advised the will deliver the item this afternoon, some good customer service from the local depot at least!
