Brilliant service from start to finish by the entire team. Keith prepared a very detailed quote based on my setup, with clear estimates of value for money. So much so that I initially decided solar panels weren't for me, but when a couple of years later circumstances had changed, I went back to him. I cannot stress enough how painless the whole experience was: great communication, clear timelines, very detailed explanations throughout, and clear paperwork at the end. The kit seems extremely good though I cannot judge yet. Overall couldn't recommend more.

Had them fit solar panels a couple of years ago and found them helpful and efficient. The installation was done very professionally with no damage to my slate roof. A year later the fitted a battery backup which saved us even more electricity . Last week they came and removed the old solar pu panels used to heat the water and repaired the roof the plumbers wrecked when they fitted the panels in the first place, then fitted four more solar panels in place of them. I highly recommend them to supply solar panels as they will explain everything and do not pressure you to buy.

I think Keith is a well-intentioned man, and he has always been willing to discuss problems, but I had a terrible experience a few years ago which I am still suffering from 5 years later. I ordered two heat pumps and solar panels from him at considerable cost. The problem was mainly with a defective heat pump. A cold house again this Christmas has been the final straw and prompted me to go public with this review as I will likely have to replace that unit after less than 5 years. I understand he does not offer heat pumps anymore but we also had snags with a solar installation eg scaffolding erected on wrong side of house, enphase stopped reading production/consumption correctly (2018). He has been responsive, to his credit, and did suggest fixes or people to call but none of his contractors were interested in trying to fix and I did not get the impression he did everything he could to get a contractor to visit us. Similarly, he did answer emails and calls to suggest what we might do but the issue with the enphase solar readings from 2018 were never actually sorted, even though we were willing to pay his contractors to fix it. Pleased to see from the reviews that others have had a better experience with solar installations and pleased to see that he no longer works with heat pumps. Sorry Keith, I hope you have been able to provide better customer service and build a better relationship with contractors since my job.
