This is the only place we take our cars. Seriously high quality work, the inspections are crazy detailed and video-ed to you with an easy to approve/deny work function. Super organized and fair rates, but most importantly, customer service is fantastic. They’re so kind and helpful. I wish I could give them more stars!

After using a dealer for several years, I finally decided to find an alternative that was more personal, and less expensive. In my first go around with urban auto, it feels like I’ve hit the jackpot. These guys are friendly, competent, and efficient. So I am all in for trying them out over the next year, but from what I have seen so far, it looks like I stand to save a bunch of money and probably get better service.

They are honest and thoughtful. I was mistreated many times took my car to shop. But Urban Autocare, they treat me very well.
I wish I knew this place long time ago. Their customer service is the best I've ever had. As long as I have car, I will go back Urban Autocare. Highly recommend.

I asked a friend what mechanic he used in our area and he recommended Urban Autocare Uptown. I’ve only ever had great experiences here! Everyone is attentive and kind + knowledgeable. I had my windshield replaced once, at home, and they accidentally cut the line to my windshield washer fluid. I didn’t know who to go to about it, but I called Urban Autocare and they told me to bring it by. Someone looked at and fixed it right away, sending me off with a smile. This place rocks! I highly recommend them.

Took my car in for a broken door handle and they fixed that issue, plus many others I had been sitting on for a while. Service was EXTREMELY fast. I got my car back within a few days even though they had to order parts. I will definitely be going back the next time I need work done!

I accidentally dropped my car off a week before my appointment and (thanks to a couple cancellations) these guys were still able to get my car taken care of for me. The guy I worked with was super nice. And it ended up being cheaper than I anticipated! I was recommended this place by my roommate and I definitely recommend this place to others, as well.

Needed a bunch of routine maintenance done on my 2018 Forester and was really impressed with the communication and recommendations they delivered.

They called me and went down the repair recommendations line-by-line and even suggested one could be delayed. I ended up getting it done anyway to save the hassle down the road.

Price was fair for the work done and I feel confident that they didn't take advantage of me, which is always a concern in the industry.

Wouldn't hesitate recommending them to friends and would absolutely use them again.
