It's all the trampolines. Little bit tired looking but that doesn't impact the fun in the slightest. Everyone had a great time and the staff member looking after our Birthday party was brilliant (Engaged, great with the kids, made sure everyone was included, etc). Recommend 👍

Our son had his 10th birthday party here, hadn't been before, so no idea what to expect. Well, it was brilliant, the staff were really friendly and looked after our group amazingly, even managing to make them stop bouncing for a drinks break. Party room was spacious and the food (pizza) was delicious. Considering the amount of children (our group had 16), the place is really clean. Plenty of seating areas and you can actually hear yourself speak, so great for the parents to catch up, whilst making use of the cafe. We were all really impressed and had a great day. Would highly recommend Urban Jump.

total rip off. Have to use their socks and no-one else's at extra cost. have to watch a safety video before jump (fair enough) not told where this is or when it's going on and when you do the room is full so you watch it so you stand and are then told to watch it again! Drink is over priced the balck coffee tasted of a muddy puddle, the food is worse with no taste l or flavour and Covered I grease. Dick Turpin had the courtesy of wearing a mask when h robbed you!

Took 4 children aged 8 to 14 and all children had a really fun time. Lots to keep them going for 2 hours. Wouldn't recommend going for 1 hr unless you go regularly. Get there early to complete the safety video or it eats into their play. Cafe was basic but clean and had enough choice for everyone. Only real downside was the cost at £10 per hour but it saved me on a rainy Bank Holiday and online booking system was nice and simple. Definitely a 👍 for me

This was a great novelty when it first opened. Unfortunately it's lost its touch in a terrible way. Staff immediately are on your case about everything, removing all the fun. On the whole they lack any enthusiasm. They watch you incessantly to the point it becomes intimidating. The place is becoming tatty, with broken areas blocked off. The foam blocks you dive into smell worse than my teenagers bedroom in the morning, I'm not exaggerating! Whole place needs a scrub and some work done and something new adding. 'Summer Deal' for 2 hours... don't bother. One hour is plenty. Plus they'll find a way to make you buy their own socks even if you have some that are exactly the same!

If you've never done it before, sure why not. But it smells, it feels grubby. Ninja Warrior is cleaner, cheaper (give student and blue light discount) and the staff are much more friendly, for adults and kids!
