Well respected and knowledgeable consultancy. Would recommend. Have used for many years.

Following a couple of negative ratings by people who are unhappy about one scheme Urbana has been consulted on. First of all, complaining a planning consultancy is successfully achieving permissions despite strong opposition is just highlighting how good the consultancy is. Those reviews are excellent publicity for Urbana and reinforces why I use them.

Secondly, if you disagree about a proposal in a city, please be responsible and comment on the planning application through the proper avenues on the council website. That’s what it is there for. You are free to object to any proposal in your city. If your concerns are rational, the council will side with you. That's how the planning system works.

If you disagree with a development, it’s unwise to directly harass or threaten individual businesses or people you suspect are involved. Aside from being inappropriate and dangerous; your account could be easily traced back to you in a legal scenario.
