Only recently started interacting with Urban Chain with a gentleman by the name of Jack.

WOW - what a breath of fresh air both Jack and the company have toward customer service. Especially at a time when the level of service in the energy sector seems to be declining hugely.

Always complete all agreed actions in a timely manner, very professional to speak with but also adds a splash of personality.
Returns calls when required and take ownership of any queries and actions.

Have been trying to switch suppliers for weeks now. Delays in answering emails. One of their telephone numbers does not exist and the other number nobody ever answers the phone! You get put in queue and then it cuts you off. Poor customer service. Have received an invoice too but does not make sense. Can please someone get back to me ASAP!
