These people are SCUMMERS، They kept calling me and begging me to let them switch my electricity contract, they sent me so contracts over the phone I signed them but they failed to get the bills switched as my current supplier would object and wouldn't speak to them, now they have sent me a £3600 bill for loss of commission and appoint a depth recovery company that keep arresting me. Stay away from these people

Shreeya who is the Customer Services Administration Manager at Utility Bidder is extremely professional and went above and beyond to solve our issues. She was so helpful and alway kept in touch via call and email. We would not have been able to complete our query without her as it was quite complex.

Thank you ever so much Shreeya ❤️ you’re the best!

I should have seen the review before I enter with them. I just signed the contract 2 days ago. They did not even reach the supplier. When I request to cancel it due to I got a good quote, they simply refused. I have been with Bionic last three years, They did very well for us. They consider the customer satisfaction. Please do not go with utility bidder as I am of stuck now. Hereafter only I will see their face I believe

Be aware of this rip off company. Last year they found me an electricity deal but kept badgering me to switch my gas with them as well, which was months away for renewal. I agreed after being pestered daily on the telephone, thinking I was getting the best deal in what was a daily changing market with prices escalating.

Once agreements signed, I never heard for absolute ages from this company, I did all the chasing - I rang them and emailed them asking when I was going to receive my agreement and confirmation. Finally out of the blue agent rang and said I couldn’t have the electricity deal anymore because I had failed credit check, absolute rubbish, it was because they had left it so long, that prices had gone up and they didn’t want to supply at that price anymore, so used this excuse because when i asked for proof they went quiet again. At this stage because i had waited so long to get this stage, I had come out of contract with my previous supplier and was a variable rate which was so expensive…. So because of their bad service, i was back to square one trying to find a new deal and was now paying so much for my energy. I was so annoyed with them, that I told them to cancel the gas deal that was months away. Assuming this was done, I thought that was sorted, now this year, about 8 months later received a demand for £1,000 from Preaction, a third party company collecting their commission because my other deal never went through. I’ve paid this because they were telling me that i wouldn’t win in court as i had signed the contract but because they can’t find any recordings of the transcript when i told them to cancel, i have been told by preaction i don’t stand a chance…. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Be very careful of this company I was signed into a contract then cancelled then singled into several more the cancelled through nothing less than incompetence I didn’t get a contract then the lady who was dealing with it left the company and months later they have sent me a £900 bill for signing into a contract that I believe was cancelled ridiculous I’m a very small business this company has well and truly let me and my business down I would avoid and go elsewhere or be very careful. This company are scammers when you try to address the matters the member of staff has conveniently left. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID Avoid Avoid! Very poor ethics of this company. We used this company to get business electric for our rental property of which we vacated due to the lease coming to an end! We were told the utility company’s but not utility bidder. We did in writing cancel the contract with the utility company but, apparently you have to tell them! They charged us £900 for not telling them, advising over and over again! its in the T&C's. Not once did they mention this on the phone when we had the sale, it was just the termination date! They just wanted the sale! Their customer service is rude and condisending. Avoid Utility Bidder - terrible company.
