Approached to install a meter for electrical supply. Errors made in the lead up because of poor communication culminating in the wrong meter being installed and an account with a supplier set up in the wrong name. When this was reported back, completely washed their hands of responsibility. Refused to provide information for a formal complaint and since then have ignored emails
