Rubbish website that asks what I want gas for then tells me what I " need" Rather than simply let me find a 13 kg red gas price and availability....very annoying.

3 weeks late on delivery. Won't pick up the phone. If I owned this place I would be livid if my employees didn't care about costing me 3-4k turnover providing such shocking customer service. I'm just one small customer but it all adds up and is such a simple fix.
Will now have to source elsewhere and get a refund. Pathetic company and at this rate will eventually go bust

It says they are open from 8am until 5pm but when you phone it always goes to answer machine. They hardly ever keep to their delivery dates & when you manage to speak to someone you get fobbed off . This depot used to be so good

They missed my delivery of 10x 6kg propane bottles

I rang and left messages but no one replied

I finally had to take my 10 empties to the depot and demand service!!

Terrible experience! Made worse because calor has a monopoly supplying bottled gas!!

Fraudulently withholding payments. Reporting to head office and small claims.

Two months after returning a canister they are refusing to refund my deposit.

Absolutely useless. Will not return calls or answer phones. Terrible service but I guess they can get away with it as they pretty much have a monopoly.

Have been trying to return a gas bottle for last couple months. Have sent emails had no response. Had a phone call and was told I could return the bottle but would not be able to get my refund because admin was not back yet due to covid ?! What a load of rubbish.
