I urge everyone to think twice before engaging with this company.
My journey with them has been nothing short of disappointing.
Valda Energy has proven to be one of the most misleading and deceptive providers in the UK energy market.
It's disheartening to witness a company take advantage of its customers in such a blatant manner.

Avoid using this company at all costs! They are a despicable company that should be shut down. Charging £2400 for 2 weeks supply of electricity for a shop that runs a small fridge, till, and a few low voltage lights. They are now holding our electricity supply hostage. Beware they use agents that trick you into switching companies fraudulently! Redwood is who contacted me. Please, please, please do not use them. Would definitely be scoring 0* if that was possible.

Can’t believe these companies are allowed to operate like this in the uk. The stress this is causing me as a very new and small independent business is awful.

2 times their smart reader installation has been cancelled because "their engineer didn't have the right tools".
we requested a compensation for the time that we lost, but the Valda team refused it.
Choose another supplier, their are absolutely unprofessional!

They over estimate everything and bombard you with calls every day wanting payments 2 weeks in advance that are way over estimation it's the biggest mistake we have ever made moving to money grabbing lying valda energy!! Don't move to this company if you are thinking of moving just don't do it nothing but bullshit and lies

On behalf of the company I work for.
Very competitive price but nothing but problems since. Issues with the change over, smart meter installation problems, having to provide proof of when I took photos of metre readings and now invoices missing off the portal. Tried online chat, no response. Currently been on hold for half an hour of which twenty minutes I have been next in line. Wish we never left Octopus.

I have been with company for only a few months.We recently moved premises and told them so.
They are now threatening to take me to court for non payment even though they owe me money because they over estimated the charges.
A warning to everyone if you are considering using this company DON'T.
I have given them every opportunity to resolve this and had no communication from them at all.

I've had an extremely frustrating experience with Valda Energy as a small business owner. The electricity rates they charge are extortionate, and it’s clear that they prioritise profits over customer satisfaction. Every time I’ve tried to contact their customer service, I’m left waiting on hold for what feels like an eternity. When I finally do get through, the service is unhelpful and dismissive. They seem to have no interest in resolving issues or supporting their customers—it’s all about squeezing as much money as they can out of you. I would not recommend Valda Energy to any business looking for reliable and customer-focused energy suppliers.

Been with them over 2 years terrible company stay CLEAR ,
emailing me telling my prices were changing when I'm in a contact. Didn't think they could change prices within a contract period, I phoned them up to ask them these questions apparently they can change your tarrif any time also you can not leave absolutely disgusting, I said I want to give you 30 days notice to leave! They said no sorry.
As a consumer I want to leave there over charging me for energy and I want to leave end of story!!
