Absolument scandaleux. Ne les rappeler surtout pas après une intervention, un charmant monsieur vous enverra ballader en incinuant certaines choses complètement fausses. Après un entretien fait par leurs soins, un de mes splits ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai rappelé pour demander qu'ils viennent jeter un œil et c'est là où j'ai eu un charmant monsieur qui m'a pris de très haut, en me disant, que l'intervention était parfaite et que tout était de ma faute. Pour la première fois de ma vie je pense je lui ai raccroché au nez tellement j'étais énervé du comportement de ce monsieur. Résultat j'ai appelé un ami qui connaît un peu et qui a enlevé le cache, et la surprise, toutes les cosses étaient débranchées, la personne avait oublié de tout rebrancher. J'ai horreur de mettre des commentaires négatifs mais là quand on est fautif et qu'on vous accuse en plus !!! C'était la goutte qui.....cher monsieur quand on ne sait pas on se tait et n'oubliez jamais que sans client vous ne seriez pas là. A votre disposition. Cordialement
