After our boiler broke down, Kai and his team were able to install a replacement at short notice. We took the opportunity to replace our gravity-fed system and shower pump, with an unvented cylinder, all working perfectly.

We hired Kai and team to re-do our bathroom for us. They helped us with ideas on things to include such as some ambient lighting on a PIR system and a TV to watch in the bath! The work started quickly and was done within the time quoted which was very appreciated since it was just before Christmas and also just before a new baby for us! Kai and George were lovely throughout and very hardworking and tidy! No bother to have them in the house at all.
The finished result makes me feel like I have a spa in my house and I am delighted!
Would highly recommend this company for whatever you need (we used them for many smaller jobs before the full bathroom redesign).

We had some bad news and needed a new boiler unexpectedly, but Kai made a stressful situation very manageable with his friendliness and professionalism and had the whole job sorted in a matter of days. Kai was really helpful and professional. I needed both a boiler and gas service which he did swiftly and clearly explained potential issues. He also helped with a quick gas check and investigating a slow leak and advising on next steps. He was tidy, put on shoe covers and remembered to turn down the heating after he’d finished work. Great work and excellent communication from Ellen in the office too.

We are so pleased with the work to restore our heating and hot water after 10 days due to a very unpleasant experience with rogue traders. Kai and George were ultra professional and have given us a significant upgrade on our system very fairly priced given the problems they had to resolve.
