After being told a service would take 2 hours I decided to wait for my vehicle. They decided new brake pads were required and have replaced without any consultation with myself. At best when vehicle is ready I will have been waiting 3 hours. Not good enough. Although they provide tea and coffee the waiting area is cold and seating is uncomfortable. Customers need to be kept informed.

Just picked up my new Mazda 3 and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Huge thanks to Jack Pettitt for making the whole process smooth, friendly, and pressure-free. Jack was knowledgeable and genuinely helpful the entire time.

Also want to give a big shoutout to Scott Williams, the business manager, for putting together a great deal that I really appreciated. Everything felt transparent and fair, which made the decision even easier.

It's very rare to visit a mainstream dealership and get the warm family team feeling, but that's how I felt when I dropped off my car (>10y old) for it's MOT and service. The team were so friendly from start to finish, and went out of their way to make my MOT and service work for me, and find savings any way they could. That is above and beyond what I'd expect from a main dealer, and that feeling of welcoming and looking out for others makes this dealership a real gem. Service department appeared very short staffed leading to significant difficulty in getting an update on my car which was in getting work done. Could really improve communications even if just via text to provide updates. Lots of sales people hanging about. Telephone communication very difficult leading to having to simply turn up to get communication.
