I wanted to divide my lounge and dining room. These vibrant doors were just what I was looking for.
Despite some initial problems regarding the fittings I am very pleased with the service I received and the outcome. Would recommend.

Terrible experience with this company. They are extremely hard to get hold of, very rarely answer their phone calls or return emails.

They have supplied a door with clear manufacturing damage and have refused to offer an exchange suggesting its impact damage, when you can clearly see its veneer chipping from cutting.

You have to buy doors well in advance of needing them as they don’t offer a delivery date until at least a day after the purchase has been made.

I would strongly advise not using this company and their alternative name climadoor.

Worst experience I have ever had with a company. I ordered 'in-stock' doors on January 17th. After nearly two weeks of silence, I reached out to check on the status of my order and was told the supplier would contact me in the "next couple of days" to arrange delivery. They didn't. When I chased again, I was told there was no update. As a result, I responded to cancel the order on February 3rd due to urgency and ordered doors from elsewhere. Two days later, they came back stating that part of the order was shipped (without any prior notification and in spite of the fact that I had cancelled the order prior to delivery) and that I would need to take it up with the courier (who I had no details for).

Now, nearly a month after cancelling this order, I still have unwanted doors sitting in my living room taking up a huge amount of space, no refund, and an endless string of unhelpful emails with no solutions or ownership from the company. They're a pointless middleman with no control over stock, deliveries, or returns. They serve no purpose and should not be in business.

Do not buy from them - you will regret it.

AVOID!!!! Terrible company. Doors arrived covered in scratches which they have washed their hands of as they were not opened within their time window.
Metal shavings all left inside the packaging so no wonder they were scratched to bits.
Paint is so poor, it is the worst quality paint finish I have ever seen, you can damage it with your finger nails!
We have had to fit the doors as vibrant doors are refusing to change them and it is not fair on the customer to leave them waiting any longer.
In fitting them today it seems during the manufacturing process they have managed to mess up the screw holes for the lock so the lock is completely loose with no way to tighten it up as the screws just spin. They fell out as soon as we opened the doors up.
Also some of the other screws they have installed in the other door are not straight and have damaged the paint when they have screwed them in. The workmanship is shocking. Nearly £4k is a joke for this service.
This is now being referred to trading standards as it is no longer a cosmetic problem they have turned out to be completely faulty.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely awful service. Doors arrived all different colours, were told it was “natural variant” which it absolutely was not, ranging from very dark to light oak.

After numerous calls on the phone trying to resolve the issue, the staff were clearly not interested in wanting to assist. We were asked to send photos of each 11 doors of which we received nothing back from. No apology about the poor state of the doors. Myself and my partner decided that the best thing to do was to return the doors. BE AWARE that this company do not collect the doors so you are able to return, you have to arrange your own way of getting them back. Thankfully my partner has van so we were able to transport them back, this was costly and time consuming.

We went to return the doors where there was no apology for the inconvenience this has caused. Don’t take a chance with this company. AVOID.

These doors are fit for purpose, however, I didn't need fire doors, there was nothing in the ordering process to advise that I was buying fire doors. As a good amateur I have fitted them but they were obviously heavier than normal doors and this was an issue I could've done without.

Vibrant doors are a brilliant company who we recently used to buy a set of bifolds doors and some
Upvc windows for a customer of ours. We have never fitted aluminium doors with such ease. The customer care has been fantastic and quality to price is top notch.

Sam and Oli are a real credit to the team
