Staff at Viessmann Direct have been really helpful during issues with our boiler. We needed a replacement quickly before Christmas and they went above and beyond to make it work for us. They also accepted a return after their usual window for a part that we had initially purchased when we thought the old boiler could be fixed.

I've used Viessmann Direct since their early days, and their ability to pop the correct part out of the manufacturer is close to a miracle. The company staff are also responsive and flexible presumably because their procurement and billing processes are not yet bogged down by SAP.

Their products are not cheap, and you can find odd bits and pieces at knock-down prices on the Internet. But for reliability, speed and the human touch, these guys are great.

Have always bought all my Viessmann kit from John as not only has he been able to source what I need but has also been able to help me spec the correct kit required for the job.
One order I had a faulty hot water cylinder, John drove all the way from Salisbury to London to swap it over at no extra cost just so I could complete my job on time.
