Exceptional customer service, Rae had spotted an issue which UKPN disregarded, however installation couldn't progress. Our installer, Luca was always courteous and when the installation did go through, he had done a professional job. The team at Virtus are extremely helpful!

Had spent awhile searching for a charge point installer after moving into our new property. Couldn't be happier with Virtus' service. Provided photos and details myself online and was contacted a few days later to arrange installation just over a week later. Engineer turned up and was done within a couple hours. Charger works perfectly, couldn't ask for more!

Great service from the team. The installer, Andy, was superb at his job - sorting out quite a complicated set up and making sure everything worked properly to my needs. Explained the process to me and made sure I was happy and confident with using the charger. Ray and Rebecca in the office were also totally excellent - really helpful advice and post installation support! All three of them are great ambassadors for the company - brilliant customer care all-round - thank you!

Installation of new EV charger completed on the agreed date and time. Our installer was very courteous and respectful of our property, taking his shoes off every time he was indoors. We discussed where we wanted the charger and cables which were agreed without question. The hole drilled through the wall was made as discretely as possible and the cables neatly fixed to the exterior of our house. Once installed, we were given a brief explanation of how the charger works but unable to test as we are still awaiting delivery of our car.

Andy told me how he intended to install my EV Charge Point and also patiently helped with setting up app. Very friendly and efficient.
I had problems with EV Cert pdf and Kym was very helpful in arranging hard copy for me.
Would have been 5 star, but there was rather an extended wait to get to the installation stage.
