The customer service has been very unresponsive. They send you a letter asking to email them, and then don't respond to the email. This has happened across two different departments/email addresses now - when trying to organise a service appointment and trying to set up a direct debit.

When the servicing department finally responded, they could only offer me an appointment a full 3 months after I first emailed them.

I doubt the billing department will be as slow to accept their ££££

I'm not a customer but recently interacted with a large number of their staff when they Volunteered at an Elderly Persons Residential Care Home. I can only say that if their ethical approach to giving back to the community is anything to go by then they are a very impressive company. 12 of the staff spent 8 hours painting, gardening, patio cleaning and generally tidying up the outside areas in preparation for spring. They also brought much of their own equipment. All the staff that attended worked very hard and we're very mindful of the residents, many of whom were dementia sufferers.
