This is the worst cinema I’ve ever been to, first issue the staff didn’t even check my ticket so I was just able to walk in,

then there was a bunch of kids coming in and out making noise clearly didn’t pay for a ticket and was screen hopping, this went on for most of the movie and took staff over 1hr to sort it.

I missed most of the film because of this!!

When the film had ended I wanted to complain staff were very dismissive and told me to contact customer service because they were closing now

When I did contact customer service they said it needed to be dealt with with cinema staff so clearly they just wanted to go home

I also paid for the seats labelled VIP they were uncomfortable they don’t even recline and the cinema was freezing cold

No Point paying extra for VIP, screens are small seats are dreadful customer service is non existent I’ll be sticking to odeon.

Went around two weeks ago and the screen on screen 6 was faulty, complained online as was nobody really around when we came out. Went again today, same screen, screen 6 and low and behold it’s not been fixed it’s actually gotten worse and they are still using it. Big yellow mark on the middle of the screen. More interested in taking peoples money than not using the screen until it is fixed! We did get complementary tickets to go back but how do we know if it’s fixed or not when we do.. they do not warn you of it when booking or before you go in!

Just been to watch weapons at Vue Redditch half the seats are broken , the screen hadn’t been cleaned from the previous showing customers was having to clear their seats themselves myself included. When members of staff was confronted about the state of the area he blamed it on shift change over and there was nothing they could do.the cinema is in major need of a refurb.

Seats are incredibly uncomfortable, many of the speakers are damaged and crackle throughout the film. The tickets are cheap; this is the only reason for 2 stars rather than 1.

Small crappy popcorn for over £7, stale nachos with barely a drip of sauce even after paying for extra that were over £8 and cheapest seats being £7 despite the most expensive ones not being recliners compared to other Vue Cinemas I've been to this one is the worst truly disappointing

I visited today with my two young children, cinema was fully booked, only premium seating remaining for the three of us to sit together.I Didn’t appreciate paying extra for premium seating to not be able to actually see the screen. These seats shouldn’t even be available to purchase let alone charging extra for.

Vue, honestly? What is going on? I remember coming here with friends and always having a great time, but this place has become a mess!

It’s definitely time to get some new seating, as we were hunting around for one that seemed even just the tiniest bit clean. Such a shame.
