Used this company many years ago 2011-2012 time

They have currently fixed, One Desktop computer and an laptop

We dropped off the desktop computer and laptop to be fixed,
they where always happy to speak over the phone if we asked about progress (they do also call but we got intouch before they could)

The conclusion was the hard drive had failed, which meant it needed to be replaced, they ordered a new piece and fitted it, installing the windows operating system which was fantastic

The other fault of the desktop computer however the motherboard was failing, so they ordered an new one for it, and replaced it keeping all data intact on the computer's hard drives, they also gave an new look by using an much lighter alternative tower than the one which was previously being used.

They very professional as they give an detailed report sheet of the costs of things such as labour and how much the replacement parts costed and even exsplained what they have done to the computer. wonderful attention to detail! and very professional

Also kindly an individul ended up dropping the systems off at our home, as it was not a problem to drop it off before they went home for the evening, now i call that service,
Will be using again that's for certian!

I wanted a high end gaming PC but didn't want to spend the earth . I spoke to Stuart and after he offered his in depth knowledge we eventually had a spec that did the joband fit the budget The PC in question is fast , was built fast and stress tested ...it literally flies through games and number crunching . As a Detective i thought i would try at match their spec and price and try the daunting task of building a PC , i was so off the mark it was untrue for pricing . Don't buy from PC world or a retailer they will empty your pockets .Wabsys can sell you BullGuard, internet security at a discounted rate as well. I find Wabsys a very honest , reliable company and have used them for all the families computing needs. They won't sell you something you don't want or need and will openly talk through issues of the deep computing world without the jargon so your wiser and more trusting.
You can even ring them up and talk through an issue , they are friendly , approachable and professional . They will give you honest advice that will save you a fortune.
I am always guarded when spending moderate to large amounts of money but this company have my trust and will always go back.Big Thank You to Wabsys(and no i was not paid to put this review on )
