Shopping good here but the cafe is out of this world with morning staff no greeting and over expensive bacon and sausage rolls as the only good thing was the rolls. No breakfast menu you anymore just beans on toast or omelette, and pay 2 pound odd for toast 😂… go in the afternoon and there a young happy lady who gives 100% as not like the morning staff . ( with a massive building site on their door step doing a breakfast would defo bring in good revenue .

Overall good products little expensive bt the staffs in bill counter lacks lots of information regarding the store card which I asked them despite unable to understand repeatedly asking me paying for the items I bought which was very disappointing ☹️ My suggestions would be to give some training about everything who just scan for the customers in bill counter. It will be helpful

I wanted to thank the customer service lady at South Harrow today (9/11). She got a wheelchair for my mum and helped us get her comfortable and clicked the trolley to the chair for us.
I forgot to get her name but she was a tall lady with tied back black hair and she so so helpful and kind.
My mum was over the moon she was able to see the whole store.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Anne working at customer services today at the South Harrow branch.

We ordered from their Christmas menu online for collection but they substituted our turkey when we had specifically stated we did NOT want any substitutions. Noting that this change was alerted via email 4 hours before collection (24th Dec).

Waitrose online customer service was terrible and offered no help/solutions, only to raise a complaint report with a 48 hour response time?! (Please work on your online support).

Anne was attentive and helpful in helping us rectify the issue at the store even during this busy period. Was able to offer alternatives and went above and beyond to help us.

Duchy organic wholemilk.

Never in stock!!
This is good quality milk but we have been struggling to get it as it's never in stock. Very poor service and response from waitrose regarding this issue. Extremely disappointed 😞

We went to Waitrose cafe to have breakfast.
The coffee was good and the honey halloumi toast was very nice.
Although the almond crossiont was not nice at all.

This is a great place to shop. It also offers a free coffee when you have Waitrose loyalty card and when you buy an item. This is a great saver throughout the year. All in all a good shopping experience. It also has a good cafeteria where you can rest and have a tasty meal.

Don’t know why they offer uber eats for convenience. I wait up to 1 hour for shopping to start. I have to call the store and sit on hold for 5 -10 mins listening to it ring, to eventually ask why it is taking 1h45 for 3 items when I am sick and not wanting to leave the house. Have you got a proper system or manpower capacity to handle the uber eats orders?
