Awful company unprofessional and management are just as bad when questioned makes things up and then can’t prove it avoid at all costs your loved ones will be neglected and unsafe if using this company as even management don’t know there job AVOID AT ALL costs not sure on the English side but the south wales area avoid using them at all costs

Worse company ever! Their employees damage our property, by forcing they're way in to our garden, locked gate. They should be attending the correct address . When we then eventually complain, as we didn't want to upset the family of who they were attempting to care for! They ignore the emails, eventually make an appointment, which she failed to turn up to. Threatening language, as they have to contact social care, imied that we had harassed the family. As if it's our doing, that their staff forcefully entered the incorrect address.
Eventually turned up to assess the damage to the gate. Offered a £10 Amazon voucher as a good will gesture. I think you need to make sure that your staff get to the correct home of the people that their caring for. Your office staff need lessons on customer care & take responsibility for your support worker's actions.
All I asked was for our gate to be repaired, to have it secured again!
Look up Indeed if you want to read about how they treat their employees, why I ever thought they would repair a gate!!

I have had this company for a week now, I am quite young to have carers but due to my injury, they are so, so lovely, they promote my independence, don't rush, rush me and take time to talk to me, get to know me. Everyone has been so friendly and accepting of my needs too especially when it comes to mental health. Katie is one of my carers she is absoloutly amazing and caring, we have a laugh and joke. Everyone is so friendly that I've met. Couldn't ask for nicer people ❤️❤️
