Shout out to the employees you are doing a great job! I’m so happy with my experience today. I found everything I needed. I was able to walk around and had no issues with items on the floor or in my way. I really like and enjoyed there displays for Halloween. I love this store and I will be coming back !

The bathroom was filthy and disgusting!
They didn't carry a selection of baby wipes in plastic containers . This is why I order from Amazon! Not a pleasant experience even for the Clovis store and I expected better!

We like to use scan and go. As Walmart plus members it gives us that convenience. However whenever we use it they always ask us if we are spark drivers and we tell them no. Then they questions us as to why we are using scan and go. We then inform them as Walmart plus members we are allowed to. This particular instance on 10/17/24 they made my girlfriend show her ID to confirm she is the member and even asked her to confirm her last name. Seems Walmart like to make things more difficult for their customers. And seems like staff has no clue that Walmart plus members can use the scan and go.

Placed a grocery order on Tuesday for a 1pm to 3pm window. Tracking was unavailable. I had a lot of frozen vegetables in my order so after checking my email, driver checked out at 1:06pm but it was 3pm and no delivery. Long story short, after many calls and being told I could not cancel. I was notified in the middle of the night 1:07am Friday that my order was canceled. Terrible customer service.

The nicest Walmart is a low bar, kinda like the cleanest port a potty. They took out almost all of the cashiers, and now have half of the self checkouts shut down. I spent 20 minutes waiting for an employee to come unlock a $6 item. Expecting them to take a huge hit with this terrible customer service.

It's still Walmart but compared to the other ones in town this place offers a lot nicer experience. The store is clean and even the parking lot. The customers are actually respectful to others and polite. Find that at a different location.

Customer service is very lacking in self check out. One of the worst experience I’ve had. Employees being rude to customers (myself included) then mocking them for speaking up once customer walked away. Yelling at me from behind after I checked out and treating me like I stole something, I didn’t hear her or know she was talking to me. I handed over the receipt and she still treated me like I was a thief. I had paid for everything in my cart. Then she demanded I have the door person check my receipt again. She was EXTREMELY rude about the whole situation. I wouldn’t have mind stoping if the delivery and HER tone was not condescending and rude. She ripped my 7 and 9 year old
Daughters receipts out of their hands after I told her those weren’t my receipts but their separate purchases with their own money. It upset my children a lot and made them feel like they did something wrong, when they didn’t.

I come in with my wife. She likes going to cosmetics, but it's all locked up. They got buttons to call someone but only one person has the key and it's the lady with the bum leg. Otherwise it's very tidy for a Walmart and that's saying something. What irritates me is the receipt checkers. I don't pay a membership and have signed an agreement like Costco. Once I pay, it's my item. The business transaction has concluded. You do not detain me or give me commands that I can't leave. That job is for loss prevention exercising shopkeepers privileges.
