We needed a registered plumber to search for a supposed leak in one of our properties.

The engineer, Marlon was extremely professional and helpful during the search. I felt like I was in safe hands all the way. He documented all his findings, with detailed videos of all actions taken during the search.

He identified the leak and discussed where it would most likely be.

The turnaround for his report was fast and the report was thorough.

Marlon kept in touch after the fact, incase we needed any extra assistant or advice.

I found a leak and went on the Thames Water website to report it. On the site were a list of recommended plumbers. Water Mains Engineering UK Ltd was on the top of the list in my area. I was going to contact the first 3. I phoned the landline number which was answered straight away by someone who said I’d get a call. Marlon, who owns the company, got back to me in minutes.
I never contacted anyone else as I had hit gold!
He and his team kept me informed all the way with WhatsApp, messages, emails and phone calls. I even accidentally phoned the number late at night, and he phoned me back immediately.
The work was very difficult being old London plumbing. They did it extremely well with great attention to detail, working long hours over a weekend to get everything right.
What a thought would- and could have been a nightmare was managed beautifully and on time. He is highly qualified and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Marlon and his team enough.
