Do not use! Ordered with Watsons after they came in with the best price for 10 day delivery. No delivery and ended up with our money back. I wasn’t contacted once by them during the entire process unless it was to say the fuel was being delivered the next day (delivery never even happened). Be warned you will be in for a 20min plus wait each time you call. They add you to a priority list but your order is postponed anyway due to ‘vehicle malfunction’. Their yard was actually all locked up with multiple vehicles parked in the yard. Highly disappointed and will never ever use again.

Generally good if you are not in a hurry. I certainly agree with the other reviews reference delivery. There was a driver working for them that was awful. I had never met such an awkward unhelpful individual. I believe he has left now which is why I'm writing this review. So hopefully like me you will find they now do deliver in a timely manner without too much fuss. Also do note there are a lot of rules and regulations which seem to change every year reference your bunded tank. That I cannot hold against the delivery company.

I have been holding on the phone now for 26 minutes…… my husband has tried many times over recent weeks and they don’t answer…

After much chasing over many weeks our much awaited oil delivery came today…..they kindly put all 500 litres in our neighbours fuel tank without asking them or knocking on their door to query anything and then walked down the drive to our house and put the bill through our letter box, not knocking on the door or ringing the bell of either of our houses and we were both in…. I stayed in especially…. UNBELIEVABLE all captured on camera…..

Perhaps you would be kind enough to ring us to rectify your huge error.. account number 50618601….

Appalling services after waiting nearly two months for delivery I was then charged an extortionate amount per litre (98p + VAT), I ordered in February before the war in Ukraine and was assured I would pay the price as per that date, but this has not been the case, there seems to be no ability to fight this gross over charge. The whole process with them has been so stressful I would avoid at all costs

I wouldn't even give 1 star, ordered oil a month ago, still no delivery, been fed lies and false promises. Been out of oil now for over a week, have a baby at home with no heating or hot water. Was apparently put on a priority list but still not received anything. Customer service disgusting, they literally don't care. Do no use.

Unfortunately I am unable to select half a star or no stars. I cannot comment on the customer service as I am yet to receive anything remotely similar to it. My partner and I have both wasted a days holiday each having arranged for someone to wait in ALL DAY for no one to turn up, twice. These guys obviously store oil and delivery is a side business. Not a single apology and still no fuel. Don't use them, there are plenty more reliable companies out there. I shouldn't have changed.

I have never had such poor service from a company in all my years. They are determinedly unhelpful. On 16th February paid for 1000 litres hoping they could deliver the following Friday. They couldn't but over the weekend were promised a delivery Monday 26th in the morning. Driver off sick so that was cancelled. They said they may be able to deliver on Tuesday but no. Promised delivery Wednesday morning. No oil. No oil Wednesday afternoon even though that was assured. Finally a delivery late Thursday morning. They are loathe to answer phones, are circumspect the information and very rarely phone you back when promised. Don't use Watsons.

DO NOT use Watsons fuel, despite delivering to my address on 2 occasions they have failed to deliver as promised by March 6th. When challenged, i called them they said they could not deliver due to the location of my oil tank and the hight of the wall. Please bear in mind they had delivered before. I had no communication of the failed delivery, no contact and no apology. Basically the driver must of felt it was to hard. DO NOT use Watsons you will be at the mercy of drivers who just cant be arsed to deliver...
