Truly, utterly shambolic. I've ordered 5 times over the last 18 months and while the app is generally slick and pain free, five out of five times they message the night before the end of their 2 week delivery window to say whoops, we can't deliver as promised. No updated ETA and this can rumble on for days or weeks. Never an apology, never a call with an update or explanation. Didn't even bother to reply to my previous private complaint. I want to use Watson but enough is enough, will never use again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want to pay to have your boiler relit.

Awful, avoid this company. They knowingly overcharge their customers for oil, repeatedly. They do not deliver when they say they will, so need chasing up every time, and have terrible customer service. Their app is a scam and not to be trusted.

Ordered oil in good time but the delivery was cancelled twice via text with no explanation and no further update as to when we might receive the oil. Started to get very low and contacted Watsons and were assured that we were a priority and the oil would be delivered soon. I ended up contacting another supplier who supplied the oil the next day. Will never use Watsons again. Shambolic with zero customer service.

I would recommend BUT be aware it is tricky to get deliveries in the winter on time due to their commitment to vulnerable people. (Which is rro be expected).

Gone from 1 star to 4 stars as there was actually.no.problem this year.

1st ever time of using Watsons. Placed order but would be 3 weeks to deliver. However didn't show up, nor the day after. Zero communication from them but after chasing they agreed to deliver on a Saturday as we had run out of oil so we were a priority - but then they changed their minds and pushed it into the next week....
Found someone else who could deliver within 48hrs so cancelled order.
Happy to take money but not deliver product - why would any customer be happy with that?

My parents ordered oil getting on for two weeks ago now. Eight days ago, they ran out of oil and so have no heating or hot water. Watson told them they would deliver at the end of the week just gone, gave them a delivery time, and then didn't turn up. Various phone calls have been made, excuses including tanker breaking down given.

I spoke to Watson on Saturday morning, made it very clear that my parents are pensioners and without any heating or hot water, was told that they would be escalated (surely as a missed delivery they should already have been?). Latest communication from Watson is a voicemail message making non-committal noises about trying to get them in for a delivery soon...

Not good enough, Watson Fuels.

Shocking. Ordered well in time delivery cancelled 3 times to date. We are still waiting for a delivery and will probably run out of oil over the weekend. Certainly not a happy customer.

We have been with Watsons for 3 years never had any problems, we recently had a new boiler fitted. We needed an urgent delivery to allow us to start the boiler up, the team were so helpful and got us a delivery within 3 days. They are always polite , helpful and competitive.
