I attended the Christmas wreath making workshop run by Joanne and absolutely loved it. The base frame was handmade from willow, and every material we used was natural—sustainably sourced and full of character.

Joanne created such a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. She guided us gently through each step, and the whole experience felt grounding, festive, and genuinely connected to nature. It was a brilliant way to mark the season—and I came away with a wreath I was proud to hang on my door.

I took my son along for the first time on Saturday and he loved it. He was shy at first but after a while he started to come out his shell and join in with the other kids and activities. I thought the class was great for the wee ones. Being outside in the nature exploring was so much fun not just for the kids but for the adults too. We will definitely be booking again.

We go quite regularly to the toddler groups at Eglinton and to the Roots & Wings Home Education sessions. We look forward to it each week we go and love learning about new aspects of nature and doing fun nature related crafts, Jo is great with the kids and my 2 girls love her!

I attended a soap workshop and
it was a thoroughly enjoyable and informative workshop. It was really fun and hard work, and lots of laughs were had. Lots of opportunity to create your own fragrances and add in different elements. Really nice evening and good arm workout.

Just did the wreath making class. What an amazing night and a lovely crowd of folk. Jo was amazing passing on her knowledge and skills to all of us so that we were able to make our own recyclable and green wreaths. Will definitely attend future events.
