we stopped here as my partner was desperate for the loo, he couldn’t wait until we got to his parent’s in bristol! nice services, not the biggest, but sometimes the big ones seem overwhelming. interesting to see the glass door at the entrance was smashed… someone was clearly a bit angry! hopefully that gets fixed soon. my partner said the toilets were fine and clean, he was happy x

Absolutely bloody awful. Took nearly 25 mins to get in to park the car, then nearly an hour to get out. Who has the Starbucks drive through in the same queue as the car park, and the electric car chargers on the same queue trying to turn round and reverse so they can charge. For me, in the summer one to give a wide berth to......

Honestly the worst services we’ve stopped at in a long time. Starbucks is great and there’s a decent little Waitrose if you need any bits of shopping but otherwise give it a miss

Between us we shopped at Starbucks and ā€œThe Good Breakfastā€. Starbucks had quick service despite a decent queue, and their eating area light and bright. ā€œThe good breakfastā€ full English was decent enough but the service was ridiculously slow. With just two young people serving and it being woefully understaffed meant my husband hadn’t even got his breakfast by the time we’d finished our Starbucks toastie.

The main eating area still has chairs from the sixties and the newer tables have been so worn down that the varnish is only left at the edge. The communal area is clean, but cold and could accommodate more tables.

The ladies loos were clean and functioning ok. The men’s apparently smelled badly, wasn’t very clean, had taps not working etc.

Avoid this one.

Very nice Welcome break, I came here on the way back from Devon, and it was nice, despite the fact I only used the loo’s and Waitrose, the only thing they need to fix is the amount of toilet paper in MOST of the toilet cubicles

Terrible service at both Burger King and KFC on a relatively quiet Sunday lunchtime. We waited 40 mins with hungry kids for supposedly 'fast food'. Service at snails pace. When finally got ours it was almost cold. Avoid!

I really like this place, I always come here whenever I pass through this route, ample space for parking, good variety of shops and restaurants

Terrible services, not 24 hours AVOID!! Also beware of parking charges. We were travelling a long distance and decided to pull in here for a break and a sleep overnight (when the actual services weren’t even open- despite claiming to be 24/7) and slept for 3 hours in the EMPTY carpark so going over the 2 hours allowed. I’m sure there are probably signs stating this and it’s entirely our own fault for missing these in our tired state however at 3am in an empty car park I’m not sure what harm we were doing. The reality is we were being responsible drivers and pulling off the road as to not cause an accident for driving whilst tired! Long story short this place cost me Ā£60 for a sleep in a car park for an hour beyond the ā€œallotted timeā€ which was an expensive snooze.

Reasonable size car park very busy when we visited late May Bank Holiday Friday 11.30am. Bay for cars with families 8 disabled bays by entrance. The are steps but also wheelchair/pram ramp to one side. Very clean modern gents Grey large tile walls 8 new style Dyson hand driers. Hot water and soap all working. Private shower rooms avail to hire. Plenty of choice for coffees. 8x Tesla electric chargers. Only 2 Gridserve 1 covered over. Plenty of bench seating outdoors easy access type. Nicely landscaped surround. Dog friendly for exercising. The odd car towing caravan entering by mistake.
