Decent services to stop at if you're on a long drive. We went for a good hour or so to stretch legs mostly for the kids which includes a baby that hates long drives. We stopped for a burger king which was nice and also went into the WH smith which had a large selection of books or other items you might want on your travels. You can also see a beautiful sunset which was unexpected but maybe the skies were just really nice when we went. Its a good stop if you're needing a break on your travels- they also have starbucks which I much prefer over Costa.

Stopped here for a break and was pleasantly surprised. The toilets were clean, parking was easy to find, and the area felt well kept. A nice spot to stop and recharge before continuing the journey.

Generally speaking the "comfort break" element of motorway services have improved a great deal and Welcome Break Keele (North bound) is as good as any out there. As I am a frequent motorway driverr I know a true test of a services is during the summer school holidays and Keele was busy but you couldn't tell from the clean well kept condition of the facilities.
Not an enormous amount of shops but this is the motorway not a city/town retail park and what they do have is more than adequate for a quick or not so quick stop 😎😃👍🏾

During the first week of September 2024, I made a stop at Welcome Break Keele Southbound. I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional facilities and friendly staff. The station offered a wide range of food options, including well-known fast food establishments and healthier alternatives, catering to diverse preferences. The coffee was freshly brewed, and the seating areas were clean and comfortable, ideal for resting during extended journeys. The convenience store was well-stocked with essential travel items and snacks. The parking facilities were spacious and conveniently accessible. A wonderful spot to unwind after driving and catch a quick nap. It offers two hours of free parking and boasts a variety of stores, games, and dining options, including Starbucks and a restaurant. The facilities are immaculate, with clean and tidy toilets. For those traveling with larger vehicles, it accommodates even sizable cars. There's also a petrol station available for cars and HGVs, making it a convenient stop for all.

The Burger King here is 💩. My coffee was half full and the milk they had sitting out was starting to curdle! Don’t even get me started on how long I had to wait for my food. Apart from that good wee service stop

stopped here coming back from Liverpool. Toilets were clean, we did end up getting food and it was good. All the food outlets are on the overpass bridge. (Except Taco Bell, Chopstix and somewhere else, as their downstairs) Toilets, there all downstairs. Pretty good viewing of the M6 as well if you want to sit and watch traffic while eating food.
