Love this place, it is takeaway only. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Most of their bread is vegan if not all but it is clearly labelled. The donuts and jam filled donuts are vegan. They have amazing vegan sausages rolls. Great place to pick up treats and bread. Located on the high street and they are open everyday!

Please train your staff Cristina as she had argument with me that she didn’t see stamp on my loyalty card to give me free bread! She said that she cannot see my stamp on it. Also she didn’t even have stamper to provide for me and she did same silly sign on my loyalty card. Unprofessional people working for Wenzel’s

This wenzels really lets the brand down. Imagine going into a wenzels at 3pm on a Saturday and there’s No hot food apart from a few sausage rolls! There’s never any stock in there and they always look like they’re in a rush to shut and go home. Definitely the last time I’ll ever go here

I always order my Toogoodtogo order from this Wenzels bakery. I would highly recommend this bakery, if you ordering your magic bag from Toogoodtogo app.
After booking the order you can call them you let them know your preference like veg / non veg etc.
Your magic bag contents are always a suprise but what I like about this bakery is that they always put a variety in your bag.
The quantity is really good.

Not sure why you have started charging 5p for paper bags. Used to come here every day. I'll come back when you give a paper bag for free. The food comes served in a paper bag. Put a handle on it, suddenly becomes 5p. Your a takeaway cafe essentially that used to give out "paper carrier bags" to "carry" your food. This with the price hike on a meal deal. Bye bye from me. 🤯

The staff there are so nice and friendly. Makes a change to go to a retail store and be greeted with warm genuine welcomes. Really made my day... And head office will be pleased to read that they did upsell, in a nice balanced way, offering but not pushy
