My experience with West Country Drainage couldn't have been better. Right from the outset with their friendly, caring customer service in the office, to excellent, front line engineering work at our home.
Their engineer Jody has such a positive 'can do' attitude, no problem is too great, getting the job done with such an air of pride. A solutions man and always accompanied by excellent, hard working, knowledgeable colleagues, such as Steve, on their most recent visit.

Today we had an issue with our treatment plant that WCDS installed just over 4 years ago. The pump stopped working and although it is out of warranty after contacting WCDS they turned up very promptly and addressed the problem. All now back up and running, no fuss, no drama just quality service. Another example of why we chose WCDS in the first place!

We had a blocked drain in the home and contacted West Country Drainage. We were in a bit of an emergency as we couldn’t use our toilets and they were straight away to the rescue. Nothing was too much trouble, Leanne was lovely and sent Chrissy over to us who was really friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to fix it really quickly and they were very reasonable with price. A great job all round. Would definitely recommend we felt their customer service was amazing.

Called West Country Drainage Services one morning as the downstairs toilet at my Mum's house had become blocked. Leanne book us in for later that day. Jody arrived a little late, but my Mum tells me he was "a really nice chap" and did a great job of unblocking the toilet (caused by tree roots in the drainage pipe) and explained what could be done to try to ensure it didn't happen again.

Very happy with the service, would definitely use again and recommend.
