Have used this company since DR Jones passed away. Tried ordering a 47kg bottle today and ended up on the phone the someone in Edmonton, hopefully in London and not Canada. I’m still no closer to getting a replacement bottle delivered. 😡 Eventually sorted by visiting the depot in person. Perfect service after that.

I don't understand the other reviews, they are older I guess. Yes, this depot has been bought out by Calor Gas but it is still staffed by the same friendly helpful human beings. He was patient whilst I found the keys and offered support and advice about our particular setup. I only ordered a single 47Kg bottle, which was delivered and installed within a few days so yes they deliver singles to homes. Thank you for your excellent service and I will see you again when the time comes.

We made contact with this company only to be told they don't supply to households who use under five 47kg bottles per year! Ridiculous!!

Dafydd Thomas the delivery man was a star! I thought I had nearly run out of gas, but he told me there was about 1/3 still in it. He had already disconnected it, but reconnected and took the new cannister away again, which I can sort out with the main office. He also checked for leaks outside.

Poor customer service
I called them in a emergency rather listening to me customer care lady was concerned my accent, I wonder in a country where racialism is not tolerated those people try not to figure out customer needs,i am considering changing this supplier since this kind of treatment

Moved into my home and used the two gas bottles already in place for four years . Bought one gas bottle from West Wales and it only lasted four months . Not gonna lie feeling fairly ripped off and won't be going back to them

What a joke! From an obliging, friendly, local company to some anonymous office somewhere in Yorkshire, that keeps you hanging the phone for 10 minutes. I'm off to buy some flo gas.
