I have used this company twice. The second job has just been completed. Each time have been delighted with the workmanship, friendliness and quality of work carried out by the fitters.

Phoned last Friday 18th for a quote and emergency repai to flat roof after stormsr, nobody showed up as wasn't written down by receptionist. Phoned again mid week, nobody available for emergency repair. I booked them to do entire job and suddenly they are available next day... Next day, nobody showed up. Nobody called, nothing... I called asking if they were still coming, moody receptionist said they'd been but too windy and wet... Again nobody called me when they apparently came. I booked elsewhere, rang WFR to cancel and the second I complained the receptionist got rather abrupt and hung up on me... I cant speak for the roofing service but the receptionist working on Thursday 24th February was very rude and unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend using this company if you're in desperate need and need reliability

Called last week and was asked to send picture, was told someone would reply and would review the work. No reply from anyone for a week. Called and was told didnt receive email, resent and was told there had been no inquiry. Just plain rude on the phone and difficult to the point of going elsewhere.
