This is what truly great customer service is.From the moment we walked to the forecourt and spoke to Will , he made us feel incredibly welcome, and at ease and comfortable he was incredibly knowledgeable about the car and took the time to understand what we were as looking with the full knowledge that we weren’t in a position to make a decision that day or that month even .

What really stood out was Will’s honesty, patience, and professionalism. When we did return in a position to make a purchase he answered all of my questions clearly, and ensured I got the best possible sale ,there was a few issues (nothing to do with the garage or Will ) but he took the time and went the extra mile to get this sorted out ,keeping us updated along the way . It truly felt like he cared about finding the right car for us — not just making a sale.

Great purchasing experience with Will at Western Nissan, would highly recommend. If you've never bought a car before, or have and hate the hassle, ask for Will, he'll look after you.

We've been with another car manufacturer for the last 3 cars, over 10 years and in all honesty, never really felt valued. So, when we found there were no decent offers now that our contract is coming to an end, we decided to look elsewhere and I'm so glad that we did.

We popped in on Saturday and Will showed us round, discussed our wants and needs and and talked us through the different models available. It felt like a very easy and transparent conversation from the beginning. When we settled on the model that suited us best, we looked at the finance options available and booked a test drive for the next day.

Another pleasantly easy going experience. Will answered all of our questions with ease and the car was a great drive, feels good and sturdy (I like a heavy door) and there's a decent amount of tech to work with. We decided to proceed then and were able to collect the car today (5 days).

I'm really pleased with our experience overall and no longer dread going back to the showroom when our contract ends, so thank you Will.

Update.

After escalating my complaint, I have now finally received my reservation back from Western Nissan.

"Fully Refundable Reservation" isn't refundable!

Poor experience.

I paid a £99 reservation fee to secure a used car (a 2018 Nissan Juke CVT, 36000 miles) at the beginning of June. I then had a phone call the day before I had booked to look at the car for a test drive advising that a fault had shown up with the CVT gearbox, and that although the garage was hoping to get the transmission replaced under warranty, I did not want to proceed with the purchase. I requested my reservation fee back.

Despite several phone calls to the dealer, over a month later I am still waiting on my £99 "refundable" reservation fee back.

This is my second time getting a car from this dealership. And I will continue to return, as it is the most helpful dealership i have ever used.

You are put at ease off the mark and no pressure that you feel at other dealerships that tend to put you off looking. There's always full transparency geniune interest in what works best for you and the best options available.

I highly recommend Will, I will be seeking out his help on my future returns to the dealership 100%.

He has been incredibly helpful, very approachable and put me at ease straight away. He is more than happy to talk over options and doesn't make you feel pressured or silly for asking many questions.
Will was absolutely superb at helping me organise my current Nissan car and my new one which I can't wait to collect this week. He worked incredibly hard and quickly to ensure I had the best option for myself and my family. He was also very flexible and understanding of working around my limited availability due to my children.
And he never made me feel like a nuisance asking questions. Very easy to chat to and was genuinely interested in helping to the best of his ability. Thank you Will!

Today was an incredible day for us. Lewis Paton our Sales manager went way beyond what it means to offer customer service & incredible customer service at that. We bought a car for our mums 70th birthday (she is in Aberdeen) at the onset we had no plan how this would all work out. But thanks to Lewis he arranged everything. The car was fixed to our standard with a few minor repairs being done prior to delivery, collection, the car is stunning. Lewis actually arranged to drive the new car to our mums house in ABERDEEN and surprised her with her new gift at her home! She could not believe this! What a guy, Lewis arranged everything for the sale with no issues, the repairs then the delivery! This is the best customer service package I’ve ever received. Thank you Lewis. Our mum is on cloud 9!
