Absolutely the best service you could get. Ordered at 12:30 on one day and was at my house, well packaged by 14:00 the next day.
I believe they will make a lot of money from caravan owners in the near future due to new regulations regarding registering any trailer over 750Kg. Whilst I say they will make a lot of money they deserve every penny for such a speedy service and also they are the cheapest that I could find anyway, so good for them.
Highly recommended and I would certainly use them again.

I didn't actually visit Western Towing as the two bearing kits that I required for my trailer came by post. Each bearing was boxed separately, very well protected, sent in a padded envelope, complete with replacement nuts and washers for both wheels. Having experienced difficulty in removing the old bearings I sought my neighbours help, who had all the right tools to both remove the old bearings and replace the new ones. He was very impressed with the new bearings and found them easy to fit.

Received the jocky wheel with nose weight indicator great quality 👌 alot heavier than the one it's replaced but that's alko quality well impressed with it ... used my own red handle for lifting it . Its alko .. seems better quality than the one I purchased with the jocky wheel ... ... all in all I'm happy
