I was a bit put off by reviews, however went there today and my experience was totally different.
I found Mark to be very helpful . I explained what work I was doing, and he priced the materials needed and give me different options. He was very knowledgeable , and took the time to explain the system to me as I've never used it before.
I would rate the service as first class, and as a bonus quote was 8% cheaper than similar products online.

Bad service and bad attitude from the Manager who does not have any customer service or knowledge of products and after a few days of looking around after this bad service I went to SPMS and had a superb service.

Evening...In response to your reply when i made a review which many do good or bad...I received a bad service when looking for products on a house renovation in Cardiff...If i had received a good service i would have been the first to review on how good it was and all i wanted that day was the products because i was behind on renovations...What surprised me was that straight after my review it was clearly obvious that someone had then put up a 5 star review which seemed to mirror but in the opposite way to what i had said which i found very coincidental and i have advised Google to look into this and it is quite obvious that a review is not accepted your side when negative which i only did...so that attitude knowledge & customer service from that day could be improved on.After this service i have no interest in calling or emailing you and i am completely happy with the products and service received from the company i went onto after and who i will continue to use on all future renovations...Good day... Martyn Rogers
