Been using white horse company for approx 7 years . Ordering roughly 5 pallets a year . Last order was poor quality . Logs thrown in (losing volume ) a good chuck of the pallet huge pieces that just couldn’t fit in the oven , quality of the actual wood was poor . Managed to eventually get 20% off next purchase ! I wanted the pallet replacing . You would think after all the wood I’ve off had them they would do this but no chance . Looking for another supplier .

I would recommend extreme care using this supplier.
Customer interface has changed since previous years and now rather incompetent unpleasant remote worker answer (when she does) the phone.
For many years I had two pallets delivered by a friendly driver.
This year the less experienced driver could not find the obvious access to the property and failed the delivery. I am now being charged £50 for his negligence.
Up to you to use this company, I won’t ,there are much better suppliers around

Ordered logs, delivered to Surrey within 72 hours. Logs are half the price of the local merchants around where we live. It is also probably the best quality wood I have burnt. A full crate filled my double logs store (3 full rows). Only downside, I wish I had found them years ago.

This was my first order from White Horse Energy. We ordered 50 bags of wood pellets at a very reasonable price!

The ordering system was straightforward and quick. Email confirmation arrived instantly and tracking details followed shortly afterwards.

Delivery was a couple of days later & Palletways arrived just as the heavens opened, I was really worried the pellets would be ruined but they were well wrapped and this kept them completely dry.

The delivery driver was pleasant and helpful putting the pallets as close as he could for us.

We will definitely be ordering again.

I used white horse for years. Last year the oak logs just didn’t burn well, wet and fizzing during the burn and then would just go out no matter how many times I tried to get it going. I called up to tell them. Customer services sent me a video on how to start a fire. Rubbish service basically they refused to help or apologise. I’m having to use another company now

The best place to buy wood and the customer service is outstanding! My husband dealt with a lady called Karen who is calm composed and extremely helpful. We will definitely buy from here again.

Second time I've ordered from White Horse Energy - a full pallet of Oak this time (previously Birch). Delivery was fast despite selecting the standard option, and seemed to represent the best price I could find online.

Deducting one star because the delivery driver (DNA) was a charlatan - I lost count of the amount of times he tried to convince me the wood delivered was Ash and not Oak, and that when he asked me the price I paid he gave me the impression that I had been 'had'... I usually like to feel good about my purchases, not made to feel like I had been ripped off.

Pictures below show the pallet two thirds emptied, and the second shows what all the logs look like when unpacked into my log store.

Just ordered two crates inc. delivery, ash and oak - not the cheapest by the cubic meter, but nearly, and their low carriage charge £40 swung it for me.

Ordered Saturday, computer said delivery Monday!

First time customer of theirs so I’ve got fingers crossed for smooth experience of using White Horse for my fuel.

Please impress me White Horse, you could easily earn a life long customer.

Good website but final payment page asks for card details without displaying your total spend - would be useful to see payment value and cards details on the same page. Used PayPal instead and was ok.
