I cannot recommend White Knight Service Group highly enough. I contacted them after a recommendation for open cell spray loft insulation removal, we’d accepted an offer on our house, but the buyers couldn’t get a mortgage until the insulation was removed. I contacted White Knight and spoke with Justina who took my details and advised me on what information I needed to provide.
Justina quickly provided a quote (competitively priced) and we decided to go with them based on the fact they had been recommended. Their communication and expectation management was excellent.
On the agreed date Greg & Eidil turned up to undertake the insulation removal, I really can’t put into words how professional & respectful they were. Genuinely lovely chaps who would phone with an ETA before they arrived. They had all the required equipment in line with Health and Safety (full respiratory equipment, extractor fans etc), you would barely know they were there and cleaned up fully at the end of each day.
I honestly can say that White Knight have been one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. From start to finish they were exceptional. If you are looking for loft insulation removal (or anything else within their capabilities) please look no further.

We have a small utility room partitioned off from the garage which has developed severe black mould from the heat caused by a previous vented tumble dryer.

Matt did an initial visit to assess and explained everything about the root cause and how it could be resolved. He also set out expectations on his it would all look after, that the mould had burned onto the surfaces and would need a few coats of pain after.

On the day Matt did a great job, really thoroughly treating all the areas, also giving guidance on how to improve the air flow to stop the mould returning and advice on maintaining it.

They put together a clear plan of works that was approved by my insurance company. They then carried out the mould removal to an extremely high standard. I was recommended White Knight by a friend who had used them before. I wanted to freshen up my house and thought I would need to pain it all as I noticed that there was lots of soot on the ceiling and walls, especially in the lounge. I like to burn candles, but not to excess, so I was surprised by the amount of soot on there! I tried cleaning it myself but was making the mess much worse. It was like we had a fire. I was stressing about how I would sort it out but White Knight came to the rescue. They were so knowledgable and professional. They cleaned it all up like new. I didn’t need to repaint the walls in the end as the finish was so good. I would definitely recommend them. They were also really friendly and efficient. Honestly I couldn’t fault them!
