Wildblood's Electricians have always provided my company with a first class service over many years, from initial contact with Alex through to site visits, estimates and then installation for both "Enigma Bicycle works" ( my company ) and at my home. All electricians are top notch, very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend this company they are excellent.

I am Extremely Disappointed. I took my elderly Dyson cleaner into the shop to see if a fault could be repaired. I was told that it would cost £35 for the engineer to look at it, which was fine and I paid £35. When I collected it I assumed that it had been repaired and I paid an additional £40 . On getting it home I found that the problem was still there. I took it back to the shop I was told that the fault was not repairable because the machine was too old. I had not asked for it to be serviced, only whether it could be repaired. If the fault was not repairable why was a full service carried out? Why was I not contacted to explain that the fault was not repairable? I would have been happy with that advice and satisfied to have only paid £35. I have now paid £75 and I still have a useless machine.

Wildbloods of Heathfield is a firm that runs on traditional values - professionalism, integrity, value for money and high quality work. It is very much a family company with a highly committed staff component that includes the management, technical staff, personnel in the shop and office staff. I recently commissioned Wildbloods to undertake a full electrical inspection of the house that we have recently purchased. The two technicians completing the inspection could not have been more helpful. They had a very sound grasp of all the technical details involved in the inspection, and were very good at pointing out the various issues that became apparent during the inspection. The result was a most comprehensive Electrical Installation Condition Report - EICR- and follow up recommending further remedial actions. This was the second EICR that Wildbloods have carried out for me. They are without doubt the best electrical firm that I have dealt with and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

We have been a customer of this company for years. When the BBC changed to HD recently, 1 of our tv’s lost all its bbc channels and the other tv lost reception altogether. I called them on Thursday and they came out to us at midday on Friday. The technician, called Callum, was very polite and had both tv’s working 100 per cent very professionally.

Spending £35.00 to take a TV to them that is only suitable for the tip seems like a fool's errand and using this company is just that. Unfriendly service from the start, the dour person I spoke to in the shop seemed far more interested in taking £35.00 as a deposit than anything I had to say. Today I received a call from someone whose accent was so strong I could barely make sense of what he was saying but after me saying 'Pardon' a lot was told the TV was irreparable. Did that really cost £35.00 to ascertain? I doubt it, but Wildbloods seem far keener in taking my money than in showing the least bit of interest in a customer. I will not be using their services, if you could call it that, again.

Today we had a smart meter fitted and this caused a power failure to the garage etc. outside the house. The fitter send by way of Scottish power could not solve the problem and so I telephoned Widbloods for help. A highly skilled electrician called Geoffrey arrived within the hour and fixed the problem with skill, great efficiency and a great personality. Thank you Geoffrey and your colleagues at Wildbloods. Wildbloods is a fantastic store in Heathfield and they are always so helpful. Thanks also to Paul.

Charge for quotes! Will never use them again! Phoned to tell me that they had a cancellation and could come shortly, so I had a record of the approx time they left the office. Repaired my oven( although a lot of time was spent looking up how to do it online). The young guy was polite and fixed the oven, which is what I called him out for . A few days before, one of the elements had gone on the hob, I asked for a quote to fix it, but was very clear that I would leave it if it was very expensive as ideally I would like to replace the oven. Shortly after he left, I had a phone call, so once again, I have a record of the time he left. He was with me for an hour and a half, even allowing for 15 mins each way( a 5 minute drive) , he wasn’t with me for 2 hours. When I questioned why I was charged for well over 2 hours, I was told that he spent time looking on the computer for the part needed for my quote!! RIP OFF!
