Billy has always carried out any job that I’ve ever needed, from ceiling light fittings, down-lighters, external lighting and more. In the busy month of December I again called on their help with fitting an outdoor double electrical plug socket primarily for Christmas lighting. A very competitive quote was emailed and accepted extremely quickly and Billy arranged to complete the job today (within 2 days of receiving the quote). This work went ahead despite the awful and dangerous weather. I’ve always been able to rely on this Billy and his company regardless of the size of job - they’re always on-hand to help! The work was completed to the highest standard with an explanation as to how to efficiently use the equipment. A 5 star service is every single time! My family and I wouldn’t look to anyone else. Contacted William Duncan and received a response straight away. They came out really quickly to view the job and the quote was instant. The process to accept the quote and pay the invoice was flawless - all done online. The job was done to a very high standard with no mess. We were a bit worried as we had not long decorated with a new carpet but you would never have known anything had been done. Excellent service from beginning to end with great workmanship and professionalism. Would highly recommend William Duncan and will certainly be using them again.

As I had been pleased with work done before, I contacted them about a faulty light in my kitchen and within a day they had upgraded system with more efficient and brighter lighting. Billy Duncan was recommended to us. We needed a light installed in a cupboard and our outside security light repaired. He came, the work was discussed and he emailed a quote for us to either accept or decline. We accepted and he contacted us to come at an agreed time. The work was carried out professionally. Had a new kitchen fitted and needed RCD board upgrade at the same time. All the services were great - electrician, joiner, plumber & plasterer. Now have a lovely new kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and the guys were all helpful & professional.
