I have had an amazing experience in the sale of my house. From the valuation process with Mark, to dealing with Maria and Carol in particular with some additional complexities revolving around the Council and the scheme our house was a part of.

Additionally, working with Lee in securing our mortgage and the best available options was simple and easy and we were given the freedom to make our own choices on issues such as the 'Fixed term' and other matters of interest. Lee provided advice but was not pushy for the best option for him and his business.

I would highly recommend William H Brown Holmfirth and will solely use these in the event we need to move.

Zoe was excellent on viewings, very understanding and focused on the selling points of the Property. Having never been a fan of Estate Agents due to previous past experiences I didn’t have high hopes. William H Brown Holmfirth particularly Carol & Maria were absolutely fantastic.
