Excellent organisation - used several times,
One shop stop for complete bathrooms / wall coverings etc.
Extensive in-house displays of quality equipment,

In-house staff very friendly and experienced. Staff can provide room layout drgs if required,
Free delivery.
After sales back up is immediate and effective , well above the normal.

Excellent customer service from first 'phone call through to visiting the Elgin showroom, and working with Megan who helped us design our new bathroom and shower room. Megan was patient, professional, and knew her stuff! She listened to our thoughts and design ideas and offered practical advice and information. Thrilled that William Wilson Elgin were able to provide a free CAD service, and source all the items we wanted. Can't wait to see the bathrooms fitted! Thanks to all the Elgin team.

Won't let you in to browse, door locked ,appointment only and there's only one other customer in the large showroom. I can go to other showrooms, JNK, Howdens, B&Q, Decora etc and there's no restrictions. I visited here in the past ( Prepandemic )and had a look around the entire shop and not one person came to ask if I needed assistance. I don't think they want custom. Won't be back in a hurry to the Elgin showroom.

Today whilst making a delivery of utopia furniture to William wilsons Elgin I met a young lady at the loading area . Her name was Megan Low ,she said that she works normally in the showroom and all I can say about this young lady is "what a hard working person she is" I had 84 items to come off the vehicle and heavy too" and not once did I get off the back of the vehicle " by the time I went to the front of the vehicle to get another item megan had taken the previous one away , she unloaded it all by her self into the warehouse, talk about multi talented she is a credit to William Wilsons team . A massive thankyou Megan and have a nice day .
