Genuinely one of the most shocking companies I have dealt with. Still chasing after three year for an unpaid bill from a tenant (that as I’ve explained numerous times to them is the tenants responsibility not mine)

Day light robery
They are unable to explain what government help we are entitled to as this is a private heat network I believe. I have been charged above the government cap. For a 1 bed flat I'm being charged £302 which doesn't make sense. They offer little to no help on this and my price is double what others are being charged on different suppliers.
They don't offer any explanation how their company works
