This is a place where you will always be well looked after as a client, sales team is always on point and eager to help you and answer all your questions, we bought our first caravan here a, touring Pegasus Modena which has served us amazingly for the past 2/3 years.
Hopefully this review can give you a glimpse into the caravan world and we can only hope that your experience with Winchester Caravans equals if not surpasses ours .

Highly recommend Winchester Caravans , a very friendly no pressure service , everything is an option , nothing is too much trouble. Zoe & her colleagues were friendly & knowledgeable, with an absolute no pressure approach, we were left to check out the caravans on display to ensure we had chosen the model that suited our needs best , and only then did we enter discussions with one of the sales team , Zoe , about buying a new caravan from stock & providing us with a competitive trade in value for our old caravan. Zoe arranged for us to pop back for a no time limit inspection on our own, of the stock caravan for us to check over for any snags ( which there was none) & also arranged for some things to be swapped from our old caravan to the new, nothing was too much trouble. Collection day went smoothly with a demonstration of the changed over motormover & help to attach our new tall towing cover.
Can’t rate Winchester caravans highly enough 10 out of 10 , a refreshing change from other dealers we have dealt with in the past.

Just had my first hab check done. All good. Just like to say thankyou to young Trevor who looked after me and to the tech staff who went through the water tank calibration sequence in a very logical way, for me!! Great job guys would definitely recommend this company, great customer service.

Had a problem with my fresh water tap completley came off of the tank .The guy in the shop helped find the right fittings in their well stocked shop. Above and Beyond came outside and helped fix the problem. Thank you

From start to finish we’ve had a great experience with Winchester Caravans. No pushy sales people just friendly advisers who really helped us find the motorhome we wanted. Nothing has been too much problem. They have genuinely been great. We will definitely come here again if we want to upgrade in the future and are happy to recommend them if you want a new or used van or if you are looking for bits and pieces for the van you have.

We completed the purchase of a used caravan, to replace an older caravan, this month. The quality of the service has been outstanding and all the staff: Sales, After Sales and Accessory Shop Teams, have been excellent. They have been very friendly and helpful at all stages. Would highly recommend the business.

Thank you to Richard in the service department who talked us through how to sort the alde control panel that stopped working on the first day of our holiday. All sorted now and thanks to Richard now have hot water for showers.
