As newbies to the solar panel world, we were very happy to find a local and family run business who were available and approachable to help with any concerns or questions that we had. Customer service and continued support is very important to us. Every member of the team, from scaffolders, to roofers and electrical installers, arrived as scheduled and all were courteous, informative and helpful. Grant, our Project Manager called today to check that we are happy, to reassure about next steps and to see if there was any more help that could be offered. We would definitely recommend Wise Green

I decided to install solar panels on my roof and got three quotations, including one from Wise Green Energy. Even though Wise Green Energy was not the cheapest, I chose them due to the quality of the kit and workmanship. I have a friend who had used them and he gave me excellent feedback.
Now that the panels are up and running, I am glad I went with Wise Green Energy and I am happy to recommend them!

I would highly recommend Wise Green Energy for a solar installation. The experience has been really positive throughout. Genuinely helpful staff and subcontractors. Alex our project manager was brilliant and really made us feel like they wanted the best outcome for our project.

We were pleased with the assessment made by Simon and felt that we were given good advice. The work of the roofing company used by Wise Green ( we required a full reroof prior to the panels being fitted) has been exemplary. Great attention being paid to detail.The electricians also worked to very good effect, for example managing to run the main cable up the brick cavity, so no cables are exposed. the panels , inverter and fittings look very smart. Wise Green have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Easy communication, excellent products and reliable service. Our solar panels were installed last October and we have now just had a battery system added ; the fitters were spot on.

We have been very pleased with the fitting of our solar panels. Wise Green Energy were very professional and from the initial interview with Elton, who gave us all the information we required and was happy to answer questions following this interview. During the whole procedure we were given dates and times for the scaffolding, electrician, delivery and the actual fitting and all went to plan. We have been very pleased with the whole experience.

Great overall service from start to finish, in both information and practical senses, Wisegreen were the only company contacted that were prepared to actually visit my home. 6 or 7 others just used Google Maps to look at my property, and then tried to tell me what they could sell me. Simon spent time explaining the pro's and con's of different configurations, and together worked out what would be the best solution to my needs. I bought what I wanted, not what he could sell me. For my personal situation, I didn't need battery storage, and although I can add later on if my circumstances change, Wisegreen was the only company that didn't try to sell me one straight off. Once chosen, the installation was handled by a project manager (Grant), and everything went smoothly. All the tradespeople used were polite, affable, clean and tidy. I would gladly recommend this company, and neighbours have already asked me for the company's details.
