Absolutely brilliant service. Washing machine broke overnight so rang them straight away in the morning. They had someone out to look at it first thing the day after I'd rang them and when it couldn't be repaired had the new machine installed by 12 o'clock the same day. They definitely went above and beyond.

Needed a new dishwasher as my trusty old Bosch finally gave up. Normally obtain such goods either online or one of the bigger well known stores, but decided to go local this time to Wood Bros in Heanor. Popped in for a look after doing some research on which model I wanted and I have to say the service was excellent, friendly and quick! Purchase all done in a few minutes and delivered 3 days later. Delivery guys also excellent, friendly and helpful. Price was also very good. I certainly will be going here in future for such things! Highly recommended!

Went into Wood Bros Heanor yesterday to purchase a new washing machine. As usual excellent and friendly service from the lovely sales lady. Great advice on a new machine, quick and easy transaction and the new Machine was delivered by 2 really nice guys the same afternoon, they also removed the old machine from my property and took that away too. Amazing service, went in for a washing machine on the Tuesday and it was delivered and installed the next day and old machine taken away. Special mention to Amanda and the two delivery guys , Excellent advice and customer service would highly recommend.
