We visited Wood Heat showroom following a recommendation from family. Not knowing where to start, Gavin happily shared his knowledge and experience giving us pointers to consider, answered all our questions and let us browse the showroom without any pressure. Happy with what we saw, there was plenty of stock covering all budgets, a home visit was arranged for the following week, with a quote following the same day. Although the quote was a little higher than anticipated, the products were of high quality, what we wanted and generally got a good vibe. The team were down to earth, friendly and professional, turned up when they said they would, kept us up to date and arranged everything from gas man to disconnect the old fire, skip and removed all rubbish and dirt at the end of both days. We now have a gorgeous multi stove and look forward to warm cosy nights in front of the burner.

Can't thank everyone enough! From start to finish everyone has been so helpful, to ensure we got the fire we wanted. Lucy was so helpful, showing us around the showroom, and once we had our survey completed we knew we wanted to book it in straight away! Just had our multi burner installed looks the biz really pleased with the finished result. Gavin and the young lad did a great job installing our stove also keeping it clean and tidy. Gavin as a wealth of knowledge and expertise talked us through the process of lighting, cleaning, regulations and maintaining of the fire. Would recommend
